- 500 grams whole wheat flour
- 300 ml water
- 10 grams salt
- 7 grams dry yeast
- 100 grams mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
- 50 grams honey
- In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and salt.
- Dissolve the dry yeast in warm water and add honey, letting it sit for 10 minutes.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the flour mixture and knead until smooth.
- Fold in the mixed seeds.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased bread pan.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
